On March 17, 2009 Enbridge sold its indirect 24.7% interest in the OCENSA pipeline to Ecopetrol, the Colombian national oil company, for approximately US $400 million.

CLH

On May 29, 2008 Enbridge announced that it had entered into a binding agreement to sell its 25% interest in Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos S.A. (CLH). This transaction closed on June 17, 2008.
