Michelle is our Westcoast Transmission South operations manager in British Columbia—the region’s first female area manager in history, in fact. “Bringing some diversity into these roles helps strengthen the teams. It brings in a different perspective,” she says.

Enbridge’s warehouse in the north-central B.C. city of Prince George is staffed entirely by women—the cohort of Lindsay, Brenda and Shandel, all of whom are young mothers. “We kind of feel like we’re sisters, like family. It’s a great working relationship between us all,” says Brenda.

Christine, from Prince George, is an Enbridge measurement technician on our BC Pipeline system, ensuring proper gas flow with calibration equipment at meter stations across the province. “If you’re looking to get out in the field, travel and explore, Enbridge might be the career for you,” she says.
