Issuance of Environmental Assessment
On February 10, 2023, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed Appalachia to Market II and Armagh and Entriken HP Replacement Projects.
Overall, FERC staff concluded that approval of the Project would not result in significant environmental impacts. It also found that no system or other alternative would provide a significant environmental advantage over the Project as proposed.
