Regulatory Information
Algonquin’s proposed project requires close coordination with federal and state agencies, along with local utilities. As a result, Algonquin obtained authorization from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to use its pre-filing review process and FERC has issued Docket: PF25-4-000 for the Cape Cod Canal Pipeline Relocation Project.
