Regulatory Information
Enbridge is proposing to construct and operate the Hardy Wind Project in response to increasing demand for lower-carbon electricity in Wyoming. The project is expected to help support future investments and jobs in Converse County and the Black Hills’s operating area.
Enbridge will complete the Industrial Siting approval process and Converse County permitting process prior to construction. Enbridge will also obtain all necessary environmental and municipal permits required to construct the project. We will share permitting details with the public via this website.
