Orange Grove Solar Project
Enbridge Inc. is constructing the Orange Grove Solar Project to provide clean electricity to the Texas grid. Electricity demand in Texas is increasing, and this project will help meet that growing demand in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) market.
The Orange Grove Solar Project will be 130 megawatts AC (MWs) once complete in mid-2025.

Project Updates
Piledriving began in early June 2024, and we anticipate will continue through early October 2024. Generally, piledriving occurs Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. This is an important first step in building the foundation for the solar arrays and other equipment as we prepare for next steps in fall 2024.
