Regulatory Information
Enbridge is proposing to construct and operate the Plummer Solar Project in response to increasing demand for low-carbon electricity in Minnesota and throughout the MISO grid area.
Enbridge will obtain a Minnesota Public Utilities Commission Site Permit prior to construction. Enbridge will also undertake to obtain all necessary environmental and local permits required to construct the project and will share such permitting details with the public via this website.
