UPI: Line 5 Wisconsin project would be ‘home to us’

United Piping Inc., a contractor based in Duluth, MN, works on many Enbridge projects, and is eager for the chance to work on our Line 5 Wisconsin Segment Relocation Project. “That project is home to us.
