‘A big opportunity for Native American people’

Mark, originally from Cloquet, MN, graduated from the Five Skies Empowerment Program to become a heavy equipment operator on our Line 3 Replacement Project as a proud member of IUOE Local 49. “I’m proud of what I’m doing,” he says. “It’s a big opportunity for Native American people. It’s just like a dream for me.”
