Peter, school board president of the Mellen, WI School District, says the district is losing state funding due to declining school enrolment. Peter says Enbridge’s $1.5-million purchase of city land through the Line 5 Wisconsin Segment Relocation Project—as well as some Enbridge school funding—will make a big difference in providing quality education.
