Married to safety in Minnesota

Iketha and her husband Rob, who call Texas home, are both working as safety managers on Enbridge’s Line 3 Replacement Project. Says Iketha: “My crew knows I most definitely care about them. I consider them my work family. I want their families to understand . . . we’re working on a very safe project here.” Adds Rob: “I just like to make sure everybody understands how important they are . . . nobody cares how much you know unless they know how much you care.” And working together on the job? “It’s very rewarding. Life is good. It’s really a great opportunity,” says Rob.
