Joe, an engineer with Enbridge based in Superior, was born in Mellen, grew up in Ashland, and still has a family cabin in the area “to reconnect with the woods.” Joe takes pride in ensuring the safety and reliability of Enbridge’s pipeline network. He notes Enbridge has earned 100% landowner approval for the Line 5 Wisconsin Segment Relocation Project around the Bad River Reservation. “I have friends and family in the community, and I wouldn’t be able to support it if I didn’t believe in it . . . I’ve been around the woods and the water my entire life, and I want to protect it.”
