Indigenous representation in our workforce

Mark joined Enbridge to source and recruit Indigenous talent through our organization. “I wanted to make a difference with Indigenous communities, and break down those employment barriers . . . Enbridge is definitely a leader when it comes to Indigenous representation,” he says. We also continue to make good on our Indigenous Reconciliation Action Plan (IRAP) commitments. “They’re a great company to be a part of, because they are taking big steps toward initiatives that hit home for me, especially in Indigenous reconciliation,” says Shelby, a member of our Community and Indigenous Engagement team.
