‘No good alternatives to a pipeline’

That’s what Superior, WI business leader Todd says about Enbridge’s Line 5. “The products transported by Line 5 are not just needed, they’re critical for those of us every day who need to fill up our cars or to heat our homes,” says Todd, President of JR Jensen Construction. “Think of (the alternatives to) a silently operating, electrically powered pipeline . . . without a reliable transportation system, it’s just going to mean higher prices and higher costs for us . . . a pipeline is the safest, most economical way to transport these energy fuels.”
