Tribal Monitors: Part of the team

April is Enbridge’s Manager of Tribal Engagement in the Upper Midwest. Tribal Monitors associated with Enbridge’s field work keep eyes on the ground and can stop work if they discover valuable cultural resources. “They’re a part of the team,” says April. “It’s an opportunity for Tribal citizens to have some questions answered.”
