Sunrise Expansion Program: CER application and next steps

To meet the demand for natural gas across British Columbia and the U.S. Pacific Northwest, Westcoast Energy, an Enbridge company, has submitted an application to the Canada Energy Regulator (CER) for approval to expand the southern portion of the BC Pipeline system.
