Application Amendment to Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
On Nov. 22, 2024, Texas Eastern filed an Abbreviated Application for an Amendment to the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity and Related Authorizations and was subsequently assigned FERC docket number CP25-24-000.
The Amendment filing relates to a revised scope of work at the Entriken facility located in Huntingdon County, PA.
Notice of the Application Amendment was mailed to affected landowners and local, state, and federal governments and agencies involved in the revised scope of work.
