Regulatory Information
Enbridge is proposing to construct and operate the Cowboy Solar I & II and BESS Projects in response to increasing demand for low-carbon electricity in Wyoming. The project is required to help support new investment and jobs in Cheyenne and with CLPT’s operating area.
Enbridge will complete the Industrial Siting approval process and Laramie County permitting process prior to construction. Enbridge will also undertake to obtain all necessary environmental and municipal permits required to construct the project and will share such permitting details with the public via this website.
