Northern Minnesota farmer says Line 3 replacement has met the test

This Minnesota farmer says he’s “100% for replacing Line 3.” Scott believes fully in the regulatory process, like we do at Enbridge, “but at the same time, once they’ve done them (met all conditions), then let’s let them put the pipeline in the ground.”
