‘Line 5 is what fills my parents’ propane tanks’

Sadie, a community engagement advisor with Enbridge, testified in support of Enbridge at the June 4, 2024 U.S. Army Corps of Engineering public hearing on Enbridge’s Line 5 Wisconsin Segment Relocation Project in Ashland. “I grew up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan . . . Line 5 is what fills my parents’ propane tanks to heat our family home,” she said. “Line 5 allows us to heat not only our homes, but our businesses and our schools, not to mention the dependency of the agriculture industry.”
