Thank you for contacting us with your question. The June 1, 2016 dividend was paid out to shareholders as scheduled as follows:

• Checks were mailed by the transfer agent to Registered shareholders on May 27, 2016
• Payments were made to brokers for Beneficial shareholders a few days prior to May 27, 2016 in order to meet the same payment schedule of May 27, 2016
