FlexWork offers eligible employees the opportunity to adjust their schedule (when you work), regular annual working hours (how many hours you work), and location (where you work), blending home and office as a hybrid option with two fixed days (Wednesday and Friday) work from home, for eligible employees.

Role requirements and people leader approval determine your eligibility for each option or combination of options.
